http://forums.biante.com.au/showthread. ... 825&page=3

Yeah i havnt sold the 2.6 yet, i'm thinking 5K for the long motor with manifolds, turbo, radiator, intercooler, flywheel etc, 7K with the above plus the complete R154 supra gearbox conversion, or 8K for all the above with the autronic ecu and loom. or $6500 for motor combo plus ecu & loom.

that setup cost grant 12K or there abouts and it has only done 3 meetings, it's very mechanically quiet. has forged pistons. GT2876R with .86 exhaust housing, made 330hp @ the flywheel on an engine dyno using the cams restrictor, that turbo is rated to 480hp without the restrictor of course...

above prices are neg, but all the money will be going back into the car so think carefully before u knock me down on price hahaha

Bit of an update!

Just got John White's contact details, i'll be ringing him tomorrow!!!!! FINALLY!!!!!!

Also, the car is booked in to get painted after the new year, i've decided to do the whole car, as the masking on the front is up to shit and the colours are wrong (should be off white not straight white, and the red is too dark). I'll still be doing the engine bay and boot area of course too, and the door jambs.

The IPRA setup is sold and will be off to WA before the end of the week, i have sourced a Gemini spec G180W and 5 speed, and know where there's an ancient MOTEC ecu. I'll be getting onto cams in the next few weeks to start the C of D process too!

EXCITING TIMES AHEAD :ugeek:

nah another perth ozgem member bought the 2.6 setup :)

yeah i'll snap some pics next weekend, not much to show at this stage other than a slightly empty engine bay.. i'll be hoeing into it on my xmas break though, getting it stripped to its undies for the panelbeater.

had a good chat to John White, he's gonna send me some pics, also i think i've worked out what the orange/red was, its venus red from the VK range :)
