thanks Andrew
yes she is original, have all the dealer p/work and advetising material available for it
serial number 014 (#14) delivered out of Reg Preston Motors in Preston Vic when is was new going by the paper work
I just wish it was an XY phase 3 HO and not a Holden

also have magazines and copies of articles on the CDT

the car was last owned by an 18 yr old HOOOOON who just trashed the car (did not relise what he had)
had the spider gear knob door trims cut out for the big doof doof speakers and the same with the parcel shelf
the seats were ripped the car was ready for the wreckers
paid $1800 for it about 7 yr ago

Did the Commodores have any ID plates or is it the same deal as the Gem's?

just the factory ID plates and the CDT sticker on the glove box with the serial number

it has all the CDT gear in it
all the original DECARBON large bore sockers are still fitted (one rear has a slight leak)
original 5spd fully rebuilt
diff fully rebuilt
engine fully rebuilt
full interior resto with original cloth trim (lucy to source some)
